These days, Veganism and vegan foods have been on the rise as people take into account being responsible for the planet. Although I am not vegan myself, I usually try to avoid dairy as I have trouble digesting it. Because of this, I have explored many different alternative vegan dairy options, and have incorporated many vegan options into my everyday meals. While some of the recipes I tried were an absolute disaster, some of them turned out great– even better than its original counterpart if I do say so myself. This vegan caesar salad dressing is one of the best– it is tangy, creamy, and delicious. Whether or not you are vegan, I hope you try this out!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tahini
 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder, or 1 clove of garlic
 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
 - 1-2 tablespoons water
 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
 - 2 tablespoons mustard
 
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine tahini, garlic powder, lemon juice, maple syrup, and mustard
 - 1 tablespoon at a time, add water until desired consistency is reached
 - Toss with your choice of greens, croutons, and any other toppings, and enjoy!
